GERA attended the annual Barnet Group Customer Awards & Thank You Party at Hendon Town Hall on Thursday 6th December. Along with the Mayor of Barnet were the CEO of Barnet Homes and a number of their contractors. They provided a lovely buffet with drinks before the presentations and we all got tucked in without exception.

There were a number of different award categories up for grab on the night and Tracey-Lee Sayers had been nominated for three. So it was with great pleasure that GERA won the best Communal Garden Award for the pocket garden created in front of Mountfield on the Granville Estate.

Tracey deservedly won the Good Neighbour Award(someone that goes the extra mile in helping others and helps in improving their local community).Congratulations Tracey!

We are grateful to all of our wonderful volunteer residents both young and old who have been responsible for making a difference in our lives in Childs Hill. Thank You!

With the stress of significant noise and changes to our cladding and impending regeneration concerns, it’s clear that local residents need to engage and collaborate to create a more vibrant estate.
